Sikkhona® is designed for any group or team that wants to know their level of trust and internal cohesion, and wants to work as a team.
In this context, we consider 2 or more people who have a common purpose as a "team". Therefore Sikkhona® is suitable for professional teams, for partners, management teams, sports teams, and even families or couples.

By participating to the Sikkhona® certification you can obtain 16 credits Continuing Coach Education (CCE), required to renew your ICF credentials.
Sikkhona ® is a model that explains the different stages that teams go through, (some very productive, others dangerously destructive), diagnoses what stage a certain team is in, and proposes the dynamics and actions to be carried out to gain cohesion and trust. It is therefore a complete program that includes a conceptual base, an objective diagnosis, a visual tool and a set of dynamics to work on relationships within teams.
Sikkhona ® is a program designed to create the communication spaces that each team needs.

The work with Sikkhona ® begins with the diagnosis, through which the team members will give their vision of the level of cohesion and confidence of the team. Based on this information, work sessions are scheduled using the dynamics required by the team according to the diagnosis, and proposed by the model itself.
Sikkhona ® provides teams with:
-
A model to understand their evolution and development as a team.
-
Awareness of the stadium they are in as a team.
-
Opportunity to open the conversations the team needs.
-
Tools to resolve conflicts or complex conversations.
-
A safe space to share encounters and disagreements.
-
Clear tracks to act from the leadership of the team and as members of it.
